Sustainable Development

At the heart of what we do

Our Approach

Sustainability can be defined as the development of activities with a balance between the environmental, economic, and socio-cultural aspects.

The scale of our projects puts us at an arm’s length from the sensitive issue of sustainability. As an organization, we consciously choose to work in harmony with the local population and the environment. Sustainability is a key aspect of all our projects.

We cultivate cohesive designs that make room for the ecosystem and respect the livelihoods of our neighbours.

Our goal is to create value for all of our stakeholders in a manner that is responsible, transparent and respects the rights of all.

We are strongly committed to ensuring the best governance, social and sustainable practices around vanilla cultivation in the SAVA region. We participate in projects in collaboration with key international business and institutional partners, in the domain of environment, sustainability, social development, agronomic training and know-how transfer, security and education.

These programs have been developed according to the results of studies and surveys carried out in the Community and include actions such as creating water supply, construction of the sanitary box, provision of school kits and more.

Inside Madagascar works according to the principles of fair trade, ensuring fair pay for the producers and the promotion of social development in the Community.
